How do I create a MiniFigure avatar?
Simply upload a photo on our home page, select your preferred theme (New York, Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, etc.), and click "Generate Avatar". Your custom MiniFigure will be created in moments!
Do I need an account to use MiniFigureAI?
No account is required for your first avatar! Anonymous users get 1 free avatar generation. If you sign in, you'll receive 3 free credits and can save all your creations to your dashboard.
How do credits work?
Each avatar generation requires 1 credit. New users who sign in receive 3 free credits. You can purchase additional credits in packages of 10, 25, or 50 through our secure Stripe checkout.
What image formats are supported?
We support JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. Images should be under 6MB in size. For best results, use clear, well-lit photos with the subject facing forward.
Can I download my MiniFigure avatars?
Yes! From the result page you can download your avatar as a square PNG, or download a side-by-side comparison image showing your original photo next to your MiniFigure. Both downloads are PNG format.
Where can I view my previous avatars?
If you're signed in, all your generated avatars are saved to your Dashboard. Access it from the sidebar menu to view, download, share, or delete your creations.
What can I do on the result page?
The result page gives you several ways to view and share your avatar: an animated transform reveal, a drag-to-compare before/after slider, and a Story Card formatted for sharing to Instagram or Snapchat Stories. You can also download your avatar or a comparison image, and share directly to Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, or via link.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AWS Cognito for authentication and implement industry-standard security measures. Please note that generated MiniFigures are public and may be discoverable online. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing, which accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and various digital payment methods depending on your location.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of our digital service and immediate credit delivery, we generally don't offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues or have concerns, please contact us and we'll work to resolve the situation.
